What to do if my Cocraft Battery Charger does not charge?

If your Cocraft Battery Charger isn't charging the battery, first ensure the mains lead is securely plugged into the wall socket and that the socket is working. Also, the battery might be too warm; allow it to cool down. Check if the battery is correctly inserted into the charger and clean the battery or charger contacts if necessary. Finally, inspect the charger and its cable for any damage. If none of these steps work, the battery might be defective and need replacement.
