- If the power cable is worn or frayed, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or persons
qualified to do so, to prevent any possible danger.
- Ensure that the electrical installation is fitted with the
mandatory differential switch in compliance with regula-
tions.
- The electric heater must be installed in such a way that
any person who is taking a bath or shower does not have
to use the switches and other set-up devices, maintain-
ing 0.6 metres between the electric heater and the bath
or shower.
- This unit may be used by children aged 8 years and up
and by persons with impaired physical, sensory or men-
tal abilities or lack of experience or knowledge, provided
they are given the appropriate supervision and instruc-
tions to use the heater in a safe manner and they under-
stand the hazards associated with its use. This unit is
not a toy. Children must never play with it. The cleaning
and maintenance to be carried out by the user must not
be done by children without supervision.
- The hot water temperature is controlled by a thermostat
that also acts as a safety device which can be re-armed
to prevent dangerous over-heating.
