SETTING UP
1. MECHANICAL CONTROLS
Make sure, in particular after each adjustment of the cutting
elements, that the blades can rotate without meeting obstacle nor to
touch themselves.
The recommended spacing between the horizontal and vertical
blades is 5 mm.
2. STARTING
Before starting, it is imperative to read and to take into account the
safety instructions.
For the PROFILMATIC
machines, one breaking is necessary :
Start the blades approximately 1 hour at 700 to 800 rpm,
then 30 min. at 1000 to 1500 rpm.
3. CONTROL OF RUNNING
The oil temperature should not exceed 70 degrees.
