Introduction
Dear Customer, Congratulations for having chosen the
Angel series COLOMBINI grinder and thank you for
your confidence in us. We suggest you carefully read
the instructions for using the machine before turning it
on. They explain how to use it, clean it and keep it in
perfect working order.
This manual describes the PG grinder model intended
to be installed on a packaging machine for continuous
cycle grinding.
This manual provides you with all of the information
needed for the use and maintenance of your machine.
Correct operation and its duration will depend on good
maintenance and attention during use.
Before leaving the production site, this specific model
has undergone a strict test to ensure maximum reliabil-
ity, however it is necessary to ensure that the machine
has not been structurally damaged during transporta-
tion which could be detrimental to its operation and
safety.
This manual is to be considered an integral part of the
machine and must accompany it until it is destroyed.
If it gets lost or damaged contact COLOMBINI for a
replacement copy.
The technical information contained in this manual is
the property of COLOMBINI and must be considered
confidential.
Reproduction, even partial, of the graphic design, text
and illustrations is prohibited by law.
Some of the parts depicted in the illustrations pres-
ent in this manual and on the relative tutorial videos,
may be different than those on your machine. Some
components may have been removed to make sure the
illustrations are clear.
To make the instructions more complete, the Colombini
Service Technical Assistance Service has made a series
of video tutorials available that can be obtained with
QR Code shown on this manual in correspondence with
certain operations.
However, it is first necessary to carefully read all the
instructions provided in this manual. The videos do not
replace these instructions.
The subjects covered in this manual are those expressly
required by “EC Directive 2006/42”.
This manual must be kept in a place accessible to all
personnel assigned to running and doing maintenance
work on the machine.
In the event of any doubts on what is described in this
manual, do not interpret the contents but contact the
manufacturer or authorised retailer directly.
The court of TURIN (Italy) has jurisdiction for any dis-
putes.

to which this declaration refers, conforms
to the essential safety requirements contained
in EC Directive 2006/42 and EC Directive 2014/30
related to electromagnetic compatibility
and EC Directive 2014/35 related to low voltage.
The machine, intended for grinding roasted coffee
beans, also complies with the FCMs Directive
related to materials and objects intended to come
into contact with foodstuffs.
(EC regulations 1935/2004; 1985/2005;
2023/2006 and Italian law DM 21.03.73).
The harmonised legislation used as a reference
for designing, manufacturing and testing
of the machine are listed
in the technical file stored at COLOMBINI Srl.
The person authorised to construct the technical file
is Mr. Paolo Colombini at COLOMBINI Srl
in Via De Francisco 130/16 - Settimo Torinese (Turin).
This declaration shall lose its validity in the event of
modifications made on the machine,
without the authorisation of COLOMBINI Srl.
