6. 3. SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
« CAUTION
• Only Skilled Technicians are authorised to carry out special maintenance.
• Only use original spare parts supplied or endorsed by the Manufacturer in order to safeguard the
safety of the pump.
• Dispose of waste oil correctly; do not dump it in the environment
Follow the instructions in the table below for special maintenance.
WARNING
• The data in the table is approximate. Maintenance may be required more frequently in case of
particularly heavy use.
INTERVAL FOR MAINTENANCE ACTION
Every 100 hours.
• Check the intake and delivery valves
• Check the pump screw are tight (1).
• Check the maximum pressure limiting/adjustment
valve
(1) Check more frequently if the pump operates in circostances with heavy vibrations.
