OPERATION AND ADVICE ON USE
NEBULIZER 24 Lt. - 50 Lt.

Fill the tank with the liquid to be nebulized through the filling cap (part 2). Before
opening the cap you need to:
Check by using the pressure gauge (part 10) that the tank is not under pressure.
Open the ball valve (part 5) and completely release any air inside the tank;
Unscrew the filling cap (part 2) and introduce the liquid to be nebulised by using
the funnel (part 4). The quantity of liquid must not exceed the maximum level
indicated on the tank near the external hose (part 15).
Replace the cap and screw tight (part 2)
Connect the nebulizer to the compressed air source through the relevant
connection (part 6). Open the ball valve (part 5) and introduce the air until the
required pressure is reached by reading the pressure indicated by the needle of
the pressure gauge (part10). The pressure must not exceed 6 bar
turn off the compressed air source
close the ball valve (part 5) and detach the compressed air tube. The nebulizer is
now ready to be used.
Open the ball valve that connects the hose with the lance (part 8), press the
trigger (part 19) and spray the liquid in a uniform way from low to high
if the tank still contains liquid but the pressure is not sufficient to nebulize it
repeat point 2
if the tank is empty of liquid repeat point 1
Fill the tank with the liquid to be nebulized through the filling cap (part 2). Before

Check by using the pressure gauge (part 9) that the tank is not under
pressure. Open the ball valve (part 20) and completely release any air inside
the tank;
