• Li-Ion batteries and rechargeable batteries are safe when handled
properly.
• Li-Ion batteries and rechargeable batteries can cause fires if used and
stored improperly.
• Use only suitable chargers. Remove the charger after charging is
complete. Overcharging can lead to a dangerous reaction of the Li-Ion
batteries.
• Do not use defective, damaged, deformed or inflated batteries and
accumulators.
• A proper disposal of used batteries and rechargeable batteries is
necessary.
• Protect batteries and rechargeable batteries against mechanical
influences such as shocks, impacts or dropping.
• Remove damaged or deformed lithium-containing batteries and
rechargeable batteries from the device. Take them immediately to a
collection point - preferably with the poles taped off.
• Do not store or charge batteries outdoors, in moist rooms or in locations
where very high temperatures are expected.
