Computer Setup
The main screen of Computer Setup includes two buttons:
Built-In Devices and Add-In Devices. The following tables list
and describe the options available under each of the two
buttons:
Built-In Devices
Sub-Menu Button Configuration Option Description or Function
Video
Driver and resolution Lists driver and current resolution
settings.
Storage
IDE Devices Lists detected IDE devices.
SCSI Devices Lists detected SCSI devices.
Boot Order Allows you to specify device boot
order. The default order is serial port,
hard drive, network.
Input Devices
Keyboard Keyboard type and IRQ settings.
Allows you to specify Num Lock state
at power-on.
Mouse Mouse type and IRQ settings.
Security Management
Power-On Password Allows you to establish power-on
password.
Allows you to specify prompting for
power-on password.
Allows you to enable Network Server
Mode, which allows for restarting of
computer from hard drive or network
when the keyboard is disabled.
Allows you to enable
QuickLock/QuickBlank.
NOTE:
To maintain the security of
QuickLock/QuickBlank, you must
also disable the USB ports.
