The following steps apply to error codes 3301-xx
through 3305-xx and 66XX-xx:
1 Replace the CD or DVD disk and retest.*
2 Check the jumper settings on the CD or DVD
drive.

Check and/or replace the power and signal
cables and retest.
4
Replace the CD or DVD drive and retest.
* Boot to DOS (Command Prompt only) or Windows (Not Safe Mode). Press
the CD or DVD drive eject button (located on the front bezel) to eject the CD or
DVD and retest.
