10. Common problems self positioning

No response on the turntable (buzzer
does not call, power / WIFI indicator is not
bright).
1. The external power supply module AC220V whether
electricity sockets? Try to replace the power outlet.
2. The power module is connected properly and
dials?

The turntable is electrically normal, but
does not rotate, or only rotates a very
small angle is no longer rotation, is the
turntable bad?
1. May dial before the power to preserve the
internal model into intermittent rotation and rotation
angle is very small, pause time is very long, the
number of repeat rarely (such as 0.5 degree
rotation, pause 4S, repeat 1), power users is
difficult to find the rotary table by a 0.5 degree.
2. If the problem is, according to the continuous
rotation controller button can normally rotate
turntable.

The turntable electric buzzer ringing
(normally 3 times), intermittent or
continuous.
The power on self test abnormal, please re power if
the problem persists, please contact customer
service processing factory.

Infrared remote control is ineffective or
the non response (normal turntable in
response to remote control command,
1~2 buzzer sound).
1. If the remote controller on the turntable and
at the right distance (about 5M)?
2. The remote control button is locked? Press
Lock key to try.
3. Whether Windows or Andriod - PC software App
screen remote control function?
4. The turntable is powered?
5. Check the remote control batteries.

Windows PC software or Andriod App can
not connect or can not normally control
the turntable.
Taking Windows PC software as an example:
1. If the turntable is powered?
2. Does the turntable support WIFI? (support WIFI
requires MT380/600W or above disc version).
3. If the distance is too far (with no more than 3
meters).
4. The WIFI adapter is inserted into the PC USB
interface? And try to replace the different USB
interface or different USB PC interface.
5. Magix PC correctly add WIFI device (disk), or a
Windows PC software are correctly selected the
equipment (turntable) corresponding to the COM
port?
