The pre-load adjust plug is in the bottom of the seat tube for adjusting suspension pre-load.
Adjust clockwise to stiffen, counterclockwise to soften seatpost, then tighten stop nut.
Set plug between marks for optimal function, avoiding max/min lines.
Use a 2.5mm allen key to remove the stop screw to address side-play.
Use a 4mm allen key to tighten the screw and decrease side-play.
Re-tighten the 2.5mm hex screw to 3~4Nm torque after adjustment.
