For warranty claims, Contixo Inc. offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in manufacture and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, improper power supply use, dropped products, environmental conditions, or any other conditions beyond Contixo Inc.'s control. The warranty also excludes opened, used, repaired, repacked, or resealed products. To validate the warranty, users must retain the original sales invoice and warranty card. Shipping and handling costs for warranty service are shared, with the customer responsible for shipping to Contixo and Contixo responsible for shipping back to the customer. Contixo Inc. does not accept the risk of loss of the product during the warranty process.
