What to do if Contrinex SAFETINEX Security Sensors OSSD1 and OSSD2 LEDs remain on in red?
    • P
      Pamela WelchAug 3, 2025
If the OSSD1 and OSSD2 LEDs on your Contrinex Security Sensors are constantly red, it indicates that the protective field is obstructed, the alignment is poor, or a fault has been detected. First, remove any objects blocking the protective field. If the problem persists, realign the sender and receiver units. As a last resort, try power cycling both units by switching the power supply off and on again.
