IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE
Always turn off light xture and unplug power cord from
outlet before adjusting xture position over aquarium or
when replacing any parts on the xture.
CAUTION:
1 . Light xture is for use over covered aquariums only.
2. Lightxtureisforindoorhouseholduseonly.
3. Donotallowlightxturetocomeintodirectcontact
withwater.
4. Lightxturemustbepluggedintoareceptaclecontrolled
byaGFCI(groundfaultcircuitinterrupter)circuitbreaker
andmustbeproperlyconnectedtoagroundedthree-
prongreceptacle(g.1).

Installation Instructions
1. Removeendcapandacryliclens
fromendofxturebyremovingthe
tworetainingscrewswithacross
headscrewdriver.Removefoam
insertfrombulbs(g.2).
2. Startingwiththelegdestinedforthe
oppositeendofthexture,slidethe
legsintothetwogrooveslocatedon
thefrontandbackofthexture.
Afterbothlegsareinsertedreplace
theacryliclensretainer.Legsshould
curveoutwardawayfromtheendof
thexture.
3. Adjustlegsleftorrightsothatxturesitsevenlyandsecurely
overtopofaquarium.
4. Pluglightxtureintoanacceptableoutlet.Besureto
incorporatea“driploop”topreventwaterdropletsfrom
runningdownthecordandintotheoutletshouldanywater
getontothecord(g.3).
