Introduction
On Thursday, November 17th, 2011 from 12am to 2am, Sky Pacific's downlink frequencies will be
undergoing changes as we move from satellite Intelsat 701 to Intelsat 18.
This manual is designed to provide simple, easy to follow instructions to Sky Pacific subscribers, who
are unable to access the scheduled OTA (Over the Air) software upgrade. The purpose for this
instructional manual is to guide the customer, step by step, on how to change the frequency settings
manually on his set-top box or decoder.
