maintained,lubricatedandtunedup accordingto the instructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswill repairor replacefree of chargeanyparts thatare foundto bedefectivein
materialor workmanshipaccordingto the guidelinesof coveragelistedbelow.Sears
will alsoprovidefree laborfor theseapplicablewarrantedpartsfor the twofull years.
Duringthe first30 daysof purchase,therewill be no chargesto servicethe product
atyour homefor issuescoveredby this warranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). For your

ThisWarrantydoesnot cover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomeworn duringnormal use,includingbut not limitedto
blades,sparkplugs,air cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, or tune-ups
• Tire replacementor repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,suchas nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatorabuse,includingbut not limitedto, damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof the ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendthe frameor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto, elec-
trical andmechanicaldamagecausedby improperstorage,failureto usethe proper
gradeand amountofengineoil, failureto keepthe deckclearofflammabledebris,
or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedin the
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedby fuel determinedto be contami-
natedor oxidized(stale). Ingeneral,fuel shouldbeusedwithin 30daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedforcommercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYONBATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfrom dateof purchase,if anybattery includedwiththis riding
equipmentprovesdefectivein materialor workmanshipandour testingdeterminesthe
batterywill not holda charge,Searswill replacethe batteryat no charge. Duringthe
first 30daysof purchase,therewill beno chargesto replacethe batteryat yourHOME.
