Why does my Craftsman CMXGWAS021023 Pressure Washer engine not start?
    • S
      Shane MirandaAug 6, 2025
If your Craftsman Pressure Washer's engine won't start, runs rough, or shuts down, make sure the engine switch is in the ON (I) position. Refuel if the tank is empty. If flooded, wait 5 minutes before restarting. A dirty air cleaner can cause issues, so clean or replace it. Finally, ensure the spark plug wire is securely connected to the spark plug.

    • B
      Brian GonzalezAug 16, 2025
If your Craftsman Pressure Washer pump fails to produce pressure, loses pressure, or has low water volume, try the following: replace a low-pressure spray tip with a high-pressure one, ensure you have an adequate water supply, check and clean the inlet hose screen, clean the spray tip if it's obstructed, tighten any leaking connections or replace the O-rings, and replace any leaking high-pressure hoses or spray guns.

What to do if detergent doesn't mix in Craftsman CMXGWAS021023 Pressure Washer?
    • L
      Laura LoweAug 26, 2025
If the detergent fails to mix with the spray of your Craftsman Pressure Washer, the first thing to check is the spray tip. If a high-pressure spray tip is installed, replace it with a low-pressure black spray tip. Also, check if the check ball is stuck in the detergent siphoning system and free it. Finally, inspect the detergent siphoning tube for clogs or cracks; clean or replace the tube if necessary.
