− Do not submerge the transmitter unit
in water or other liquids.
− Do not dry the heart-rate monitor in a
tumble dryer.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners,
brushes with metal or nylon bristles,
sharp or metallic cleaning utensils
such as knives, hard scrapers and the
like. They could damage the surfaces.
You can wash the strap by hand or in the washing
machine.
− Wash the strap

under running water and, if appli-
cable, with a small amount of mild soap.
