TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
CHARACTER AIR SYSTEM
SYMPTOM: MOVEMENT NOT FUNCTIONING
PROCEDURES:
1. Manual override the valve
on the valve bank.
2. Test the air flow at the quick
disconnect plates, by manually
overriding the valve and check
for loose hose connections at
the valve bank, flow controls
and quick disconnect plates.
3. Check cylinder alignment between
front and rear mount, and check
cylinder for internal leaks.
4. Test the plumbing harness, by
manually overriding the valve.
Check plumbing hose connection
at the cylinder.
