Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the headphones to your paired audio device:
• The headphones automatically connects to your last paired
device (e.g. a laptop). If this device is within 10 meters / 33
feet of another device that you wish to connect (e.g. a phone),
ensure that the Bluetooth feature of the last paired device
(laptop) is turned off.
• Next connect to your desired paired device (e.g. a phone)
• Note that the headphones can only connect to one Bluetooth
audio device at a time.
