workmanship,freeofcharge,bymeansofrepairorreplacementoftheproduct
accordingtothislimitedwarranty.
Thislimitedwarrantyisvalidandeffectiveexclusivelyinthecountrywherethe
product was purchased,provided that Cressi has provided for the sale of the
productinthatcountry.However,incaseofaproductpurchasedinoneofthe
member states of the European Union or in Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, or
Turkey,andifCressihasoriginallyforeseenthesaleoftheproductinoneofthese
countries,thislimitedwarrantyisvalidandeffectiveinallthesecountries.
Limitationstotheserviceprovidedbythiswarrantymayresultfromthepresence
in the products of items that are specific for a country.
ForcountriesnotbelongingtotheEuropeanUnion,otherthanIceland,Norway,
SwitzerlandandTurkey,providedthatthepurchaseragreestopayaservicefee
andarefundforshippingexpensesbornebyCressiorbyaCressiauthorized
center,theserviceforeseenbythewarrantycanbeobtainedincountriesother
