Updating Firmware
Update firmware in the Firmware section of the Device page.
Device Page—Firmware
The Firmware section displays the following information about the HD-WP-4K-401-C:
• Model, which is HD-WP-4K-401-C
• Serial Number
• Firmware Version
To update the firmware, click the Upload firmware file radio button or the Use service port
radio button:
• If the Upload firmware file radio button is selected, do the following:
1. Click the Browse button. Windows Explorer opens.
2. Locate and select the desired firmware file (*.bin), and then click the Open
button. The
Browse field displays the selected path and firmware filename.
3. Click the Load button. A prompt appears asking for confirmation that the
firmware be updated.
4. Click the OK button to update the firmware.
• If the Use service port radio button is selected, do the following:
1. Using a USB mass storage device that contains only the firmware file,
insert the USB device into the
SERVICE port of the HD-WP-4K-401-C.
2. Click the Load button. A prompt appears asking that a USB drive be
inserted.
3. Click the OK button to update the firmware.
Restoring Factory Default Settings
Restore factory default settings in the Device Management section of the Device page.
