6 Applications
6.1 Introduction
The
CP660
amplifier has six separate inputs and
outputs, making it one of the most flexible amplifiers
on the market today. Its high-output, high-quality
audio signal makes it perfect for a wide range of
applications from the busy commercial restaurant to
the cozy small theater.
This section will show various ways in which your
new
CP660
can be configured to fit a variety of
needs.
Please be sure to read the installation and operation
sections of this manual before proceeding.
6.2 Restaurant/Bar
The distributed sound systems of restaurants pose
unique challenges to sound system designers. Is
there a way to get one style of music to the waiting
area and restaurant at one level, and a different style
to the bar at another level? Can we get our paging
system into the waiting area and bar, but not in the
restaurant? The
CP660
allows this to be
accomplished with one amplifier, providing cost
savings and economy of space.
The diagram in Fig. 6.1 shows one possible way of
configuring the system for a restaurant/bar
application.
