Starting with uBfacelift,R tha QC-95DA featured an AC fine/
Rudio switch on the front panel. This required some additional
wiring on ths RC primary of the power transformar.
Due tu e faulty communicetions link bstween Tech Se~uice
and Engineering, tha schematic and voltage conversion dkagrsma
Fn the manual were drawn one way snd the production samplss were
wirad another way.
No real prablem exista excapt when a 22DVAC
I
conversion is attsmpted.
Then the manuel Lnstru~ttona on page
19 are very mial~adfng,
Tha sntfrs gruup Prom 5N q3QI to 3650 (350 uwfte) was wired
according to drawing A enclosed.
Please carefully nota the
requir~d change for 220VAC opssatfon, WZso, ths iwetructians in
the manual, page 19 , fl,@ pE,HT&IN ,
Starting SN 1651, sll unita will be wired as drawing B
anclosed. Note that the manual instructione (page 19) are
correct for this circuit.
The only difference hetween drawdng B
enclosed and Figure 2-7 from the manual (page 19) is the colors
of' the AC line/Audia
wires have been changed to aolid red and
blue
instead of red/white and blue/white; also, the colors hsva
been transpassd, so that ths blue wirs i~ csnnect~d to the ex-
