Most failures will be due to switch failures.
2, step I,
- if meters don't read zero FBTS, (45 & Qb) may not be astched properly.
- if Ql is open, a turn--on transient mag appear as en input offset.
3, Step 3
- if 91 is leaky, the circuit will catch a peak, but hold time will not
Be adjustable,
4, Step 4, 5
- if meters seem jumpy on low ranges, check Q3 or 04 for noise.
(These
are the constant current supply.)
- If readings differ drastically, check to ra~ke sure R39 or RItO are in

cireuit.
These provide a load for the attenuater calibration.
