AUTOMATIC
TEST
SEQUENCE
The
AUTOMATIC
TEST
sequence
is
designed
to
provide
a
fast,
comprehensive
automatic
test
of
a
cellular
telephone.
The
AUTOMATIC
TEST
sequence
will
test
and
display
call
processing
features,
frequency
error
readings,
de-
viation
measurements,
frequency
measurements,
receiver
sensitivity
mea-
surement,
automatic
execution
of
hand-off
channel
instructions,
and
mo-
bile
RF
power
readings.
The
result
of
each
test
is
displayed
a~
the
test
progresses.
(The
measured
SAT
frequency,
ESN,
Class
Mark,
#
of
phone,
and
#
called
will
not
be
displayed,
but
will
appear
on
the
test
results
printout).
The
automatic
hand-off
test
provides
a
display
readout
of
the
RF
power
transmitted
by
the
cellular
telephone
in
power
level
0,
and
the
trans-
mitted
SAT
deviation
on
line
1
of
the
VF
display.
Line
2
of
the
VF
dis-
play
shows
the
current
voice
channel
in
use
and
an
RF
frequency
error
reading.
When
the
AUTOMATIC
TEST
is
complete,
a
hard
copy
printout
may
be
provided
from
an
attached
parallel
printer
that
summarizes
all
test
results.
A
typical
printout
is
provided
at
the
end
of
this
section.
The
