Availability of spare parts:
1- For exchangeable products: An exchangeable product is a product for which Flipr has decided not to
put in place a repair policy, therefore, there are no spare parts.
2 - For repairable products: 36 months from the end date of the warranty period.
WARRANTY VOID
In the event of a technical failure of a product resulting in impossibility of operation, the contractual guar-
antee can not under any circumstances give rise to damages (Example: loss of data). All Flipr warranties
apply except for the cases listed below:
• Proof of purchase indicating reseller name, date of purchase and product reference is not provided.
• The proof of purchase has been modied in any way or made illegible.
• The product part number and / or serial number (if any) has been changed, removed or made illegible.
• Repairs or modications and product changes have been made by unauthorized organizations or individ-
uals.
• The product has been used in a way that does not conform to its original purpose if it has been men-
tioned in the user manual.
• The defect was caused by improper use or installation of the product, or by environmental conditions that
do not comply with the conditions of use mentioned in the user manual.
• The fault is due to the connection of peripherals, additional equipment or accessories not compatible with
the Flipr products mentioned in the user manual.
• The damage is caused by a force majeure event such as: lightning, non-compliant and unsuitable voltage,
re, natural disaster or transport accident.
• The damage is caused by an animal.
• The product has been adapted for compliance with technical or safety standards applicable in a country
other than that for which the product was originally designed and manufactured.
Reminder: Consumables (ie replaceable elements such as battery or pH probe / REDDOX sensor / tem-
perature probe) and accessories (which are dierent from the spare parts) are not taken into account. under
warranty and can be purchased separately from Flipr. An o-sales acquisition of these spare parts / con-
sumables is excluded except small plastic parts or screws.

In case you should contact your dealer or Flipr customer service, we remind you that it is essential to bring:
• From the original invoice or receipt, indicating the name of the dealer, the reference and the date of pur-
chase
of the product.
• The serial number of your product.
The reference number of your product (sometimes called the “ID key”) and the serial number can be found
on the packaging box, on the back of this manual or by consulting the mobile application under “parame-
ters”.
Reminder on legal guarantees: «Legal guarantee of conformity
1 - The seller is obliged to deliver a good in accordance with the contract and responds to defects of
conformity existing at the time of purchase. It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the
packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged to it by the contract or has been
carried out under its responsibility.
2 - The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the purchase of the
good.
3 - To be in conformity with the contract, the property must:
a. Be t for the customary use expected of a similar good and, where appropriate: -to correspond to
the description given by the seller and to possess the qualities that he has presented to the buyer as a
sample or model; -present the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect given the public statements
made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labeling.
b. Present the characteristics dened by mutual agreement by the parties or be t for any special pur-
pose sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and that the latter has accepted.
4 - The seller is bound by the guarantee by reason of the hidden defects of the sold good, which renders
it unt for the use for which it is intended, or which diminishes the use so much, that the buyer would not
have acquired it, or would have given a lower price if he had known them.
5 - The action resulting from the latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within one year from the
discovery of the defect.
