Why Cub Cadet I1042 engine fails to start?

The Cub Cadet Lawn Mower engine might fail to start due to several reasons: - The PTO/Blade Engage knob might be engaged. Ensure it is in the disengaged (OFF) position. - The parking brake might not be engaged. Engage the parking brake. - Spark plug wires might be disconnected. Connect the wires to the spark plugs. - The throttle control lever might not be in the correct starting position. Place the throttle lever to the FAST position. - The choke might not be activated. Pull the CHOKE control outward. - The fuel tank might be empty or contain stale fuel. Fill the tank with clean, fresh gas (less than 30 days old). - The fuel line might be blocked.
