panel
controls
the

audio

CRYSTAL
CALIBMTOR

bipolar
transistor

for
the
crystal
oscillator
amplifier.

KHz crystal

the
infut
to
the
oscillatbr
anplifier
and the.
outpul
of

an
integrated
circuit
which
divides
the

KHZ
clown
to 25
KHz".
The

rich

harrnonics

and
it is
connected
to the
rbceiver
input.
Some of

KHz
flip-
flop
output
is
coupled
into
the
receiver
to enhance
the
50
KHz
markers.

REGULATOR

A
norninal
8 volts
frorn
the
regulator
is supplied
to
sensitive
circuits
such
as
the
VFO,
carrier
osciLlator,
trsrr
meter
and the
microphone
ampLifier.
The regulator
consists
of
an
intograted
circuit.

TRANSMITTER
CIRCUITS
The
transmit
system
is
shown
in
Figure
5.
The
system
is
sirnilar
to the
receivei^
in
that
it
is
also
a singLe
conversion
system.
Some
circuits
used in
the
transmitter
are
also
used in
the

include
the AGCIALC,

carrier
