P5 controls the Attack image and video quality.

P5:1 = standard resolution 5MP (smallle)images/video
P5:2 = high quality 5MP (largele)images/video
Note–imagequalityisimprovedbyoptimizingthe
JPGandVIDEOcompressionalgorithm.Imageswill
beclearerwhenzooming,butlesizeissignicantly
increased. Most users will not benefit from this feature,
which is mainly intended for research professionals that
require the best image quality possible.
Step 6:
Press the A key to display P6 (camera ID)
P6isacameraidenticationnumberthatisprintedonto
theimage.UsetheBkeytosetavaluefrom0thru99.
If0isselectedtheIDnumberwillnotbeprinted.
Step 7:
Press the A key to display P7 (FAP Mode)
P7enablesordisablesasuperfastcameradelay,called
Fast-as-Possible,orFAP.WhenP7ison,thecamerawill
rearm immediately after the image or video is saved to the
SDcard.Thiscanresultinacameradelayinthe1to2
secondrange.WhenP7ison,the5secondcameradelay
positionbecomesFAP.Theremainingdialpositionsare
not affected. Note – using FAP mode can result in blank
images.
