customer service at 800-345-6007.
WARNING! Negative pressure in a home is a serious issue. If there is a problem,
the stove should be installed with a Fresh Air Kit (not included).
Problem Display Status Possible causes Remedy
Stove Will Not Feed Pellets
NO READING
No power Check to see if stove is plugged in
Check communication cable
Check electrical outlet for power
Check fuse on incoming red power
wire
Defective control head Test and replace control head if
needed
NORMAL READING
Hopper is empty Add fuel to hopper
Hopper lid is open Close hopper lid
Pellet and/or auger jam Check auger for fines or pellet jam
Auger motor failure Replace auger motor
Hopper switch failure Bypass switch to test. Replace
hopper switch if needed
Problem Display Status Possible causes Remedy
Fire Goes Out or Stove Shuts
Down
LOSS OF FIRE
OFF TO RESET
Hopper is empty Add fuel to hopper
Poor quality fuel Change fuel supplier/moisture test
corn
Power supply interrupted Check power supply. Go through
re-ignite sequence
Plugged firepot Clean firepot. Clear all holes of ash
or debris
OVERTEMP RESET SWITCH
Overtemp Allow stove to cool and reset switch
Loose connection on spade
terminal
Check connections on switch and/or
lower plug on IM
AUGER OVERTEMP
Overtemp Allow stove to cool and reset fuel
shutoff.
Loose connection on spade
terminal
Check connections on switch and/or
lower plug on IM
VACUUM FAULT
CHECK SEALS
Inadequate door seals Check that rope seals are in working
condition
Front door is ajar Close door securely
Ash pan is ajar Secure ash pan in its proper position
Vacuum switch hose is loose/
disconnected, or switch is broken
Make sure vacuum switch hose is
attached to the switch. Replace
switch if necessary.
Unplug stove before performing any maintenance. NEVER TEST OR CHECK ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS UN-
LESS STOVE IS UNPLUGGED FROM POWER SUPPLY.
