Luggage compartment lighting
When the rear lid is opened and closed, the
luggage compartment lighting turns on or o.
Footwell lighting
The lights in the footwell area below the dash
(driver and front passenger sides) will switch on
when the doors are opened and will decrease
in brightness while driving. This brightness can
be adjusted through the infotainment system
menu using the function button > Back-
ground lighting ›››page35.
Note
The reading lights go out when the vehicle
is closed and locked or after a few minutes
of turning the ignition o. This prevents the
battery from discharging.
