Activating pump with pedal directs fluid out of reservoir.

Ensure area around all port connections is clean and free of dirt or debris.
Ensure red shipping cap is removed and replaced with black vent plug.
Ensure sufficient hydraulic fluid and check level before use and every 10 hours.
Connect hose assembly to pump and ram, ensure quick-connects are engaged and hand-tight.
Connect air supply to pump, requiring 20 CFM and 100 PSIG, regulated to max 120 PSIG.
Step on 'PUMP' pedal to verify ram strokes and gauge pressure increases to 7500 PSIG.
Step on 'RELEASE' pedal to retract piston and disconnect pneumatic power.
Assemble ram head with pullrod assembly per Pop-A-Plug installation instructions.
Safety cable must be attached; never leave unattended connected to pressure; do not disconnect pressurized hose.
