1.3 Unboxing Your Dragony
Use great caution when unpacking your Dragony.
• Handle all components carefully!
• Keep ngers away from any folding or unfolding parts.
• Pay attention when cutting open the box that you do not accidentally cut any
electrical cables, cutting through cables will void your warranty.
• Check all components and make sure there are no signs of damage. If you notice
any damage to the box or components, please take a photo and contact Customer
Service immediately.
• Keep the original Dragony packaging. As stated in our Return Policy section (6.3),
the original packaging will be needed in the event of a warranty claim or return. If
the Dragony is returned in alternative packaging and the product is damaged as a
result, the warranty will be void.

1.1 Your Dragony
Thank you for purchasing your new Dragony. This owner’s manual has been created to
help you get the most out of your vehicle, as safely as possible, with best performance
and maintenance protocols designed for your Dragony’s longevity. You’re obliged to
follow all safety guidelines provided in this manual, use good judgment when you ride,
and observe all applicable local laws.

If you have ordered any additional accessories, you will also receive them in the same
box. If any of these items are missing when you open the box, contact Customer Service.
Keep any plastic packaging away from children and babies to avoid suffocation.
1. Please take care opening
the lid.
2. Lift and remove the outer
sleeve and two end panels.
3. Remove the side boxes.
Your Battery and D-FLY
accessory case are in these.
4. With your Dragony exposed
release the two retaining straps
from the deck.
5. Using the rear lift handle,
carefully lift and roll out of the
base packaging.
6. Remove the tiller strap and
remove the foam spacer and
any other protection.
