► HOW TO PREPARE THE TREATMENTS
Before starting treatments, prepare the treatment area by thoroughly cleaning the skin and remove makeup. Hair must be
shaved with a razor or a hair clipper, it is preferable to use a clipper as you immediately obtain an optimal length of 1mm, and
maximizes the absorption of pulsed light (in epilation treatment), using the clipper will also avoid any skin irritation.
Given that the pulsed light is absorbed by dark colors, it is necessary to protect small, dark birthmarks and tattoos, cover it
with white eyepencil makeup, or with a specic product like the D Light Patch Pro.
Do not let the pulsed light pass on large or irregular areas! In the presence
of doubt, ask your dermatologist before initiating treatments!
Do not use the appliance on naturally dark complexion or
on tanned skin!
Do not use the pulsed light on varicose veins and any type of skin lesions.
OPERATING MODES
Depending on the type of lamp mounted, the appliance automatically selects the correct mode Operation.
HR for Epilation Mode
SR for Photorejuventaion Mode
► HR MODE (EPILATION)
In HR mode, when the Flash Button (2) is pressed, 2 consecutive ashes are emitted with a range of 0.5 sec, the rst
ash(weaker) will serve to pre-heat the skin and bulb preparing to receive the second ash (more powerful) that will effectively
neutralize the matrix. The two ashes that are emitted at each button push are used to treat the same area, it is recommended
that you do not move the ash window during this phase.
► SR MODE (PHOTOREJUVENATION)
In SR mode, when the Flash button is pressed (2), 5 consecutive ashes are emitted with a range of 0.5 sec. In such a way
to equally divide the power of the spot, and stimulate the production of collagen in a more profound and prolonged manner,
without excessively stressing the skin.
► OPERATING THE HANDPIECE
There are lights (3) on the handpiece which indicate the status “Ready for Flash”. When the lights are green and blink in
sequence, it means that the ash is loading, when the lights become xed blue, it means that D light Pro is ready for ash.
