Description
This command is used to display the current host name.
Format
show host_name {static | dynamic}
Parameters
static – (Optional) Specifies to display the static host name entries.
dynamic – (Optional) Specifies to display the dynamic host name entries.
Restrictions
None.
Example
To display the static and dynamic host name entries:
DGS-3000-26TC:admin#show host_name
Command: show host_name
Static Host Name Table
Host Name : www.example.com
IP Address : 10.10.10.10
Total Static Entries: 1
Dynamic Host Name Table
Total Dynamic Entries: 0
