Installing the clutch servo
1. Fit the clutch servo. Make sure that the
thrust pin fits into the cup-shaped recess in
the clutch lever.
Note:
If the clutch servo with wear-indicator is
used in the CF65, pay attention to the
following.
Make sure that the thrust pin fits into the
cup-shaped recess in the wear-indicator.
2. Tighten the attachment nuts evenly.
3. After mounting clutch servos equipped with
a wear pin, the pin (11) must be pushed
against the air piston (5), and the circlip (12)
must be pushed against the clutch servo
housing.
4. Fit the air pipe and the fluid pipe.
5. Fill and bleed the clutch system.
