Heat sink overheat
Supposed Cause
- Fin temperature rise due to short circuit
- Fin temperature rise due to defective outdoor unit fan
- Fin thermistor defective
- Connector in poor contact
- Outdoor unit PCB defective
- Silicon grease is not applied properly on the hat radiation fin after replacing outdoor unit
