1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
¹/3 cucumber
½ tbsp salt
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
1½ tbsp chopped
fresh dill

DIRECTIONS:
Place the cucumber, salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and
fresh dill into the Mini Chopper.
Chop for a few seconds then add the Greek yogurt and sour cream.
Pulse for a few seconds.
Serve in a dip bowl with pita or veggies.
