2 tablespoons strawberry syrup (see pages 20-21)
2 tablespoons pineapple-mango syrup (see pages 20-21)
2 tablespoons blueberry syrup (see pages 20-21)
Directions:
1. Prepare fruit syrups as per recipes and directions on pages 20-21.
2. Use the Shaved Ice Maker to shave the desired amount of ice.
3. To create the “rainbow,” you will pour each avor of syrup in a line across the shaved ice
so that each color takes up an equal third of space. Begin by pouring the strawberry syrup
in a straight line across one side the shaved ice, leaving room for two more lines of syrup.
Pour the pineapple-mango syrup in a line next to the strawberry syrup. Then pour the
blueberry syrup in a straight line across the rest of the shaved ice.
