Add-ons
The scanner is capable of processing different types of add‐on codes, including:
•2‐Dig
it Supplemental
•5‐Dig
it Supplemental
Options are provided on the following pages for your convenience:
• Disable all add‐ons —
The scanner will not look for or read add‐ons.
• Optional 2‐Dig
it and 5‐Digit Supplemental — Barcodes can be read which include 2‐
Digit or 5‐Digit Supplementals, however, it is not required that add‐ons be included in
barcodes.

Contact customer support for advanced programming of optional
and conditional add-ons.
To set this feature:
1. Scan the Enter/Exit Programming Mode barcode at the top of the page.
2. Scan the barcode representing the desired option on this and the following page.

ou’ll need to cover any unused barcodes on facing pages to ensure that the scanner
reads only the barcode you intend to scan.
3. Complete the programming sequence by scanning the Enter/Exit Programming Mode
bar
