1D Inverse Read Control
This configuration item is used to toggle inverted label reading for 1D barcodes, for exam-
ple, a label printed as white on black as opposed to black on white.
To set this feature:
1. Scan the Enter/Exit Programming Mode barcode at the top of the page.
2. Scan your selection from the barcodes below. You’ll need to cover any unused bar-
codes on this and the facing page to ensure that the scanner reads only the barcode
you intend to scan.
3. Complete the programming sequence by scanning the Enter/Exit Programming Mode
barcode.
1D Inverse Read Control = Disable
1D Inverse Read Control = Enable
1D Inverse Read Control = Enable Normal + Inverse
