This feature enables slicing of IBM 46XX host data into multiple pieces when a label is longer
than the length specified by the feature
46XX Maximum Label Slice Length.
To set this feature:
1. Scan the ENTER/EXIT Programming Mode bar code.
2. Scan your selection from the barcodes below.
You’ll need to cover any unused barcodes on
this and the facing page to ensure that the scanner reads only the barcode you intend to
scan.
3. Complete the programming sequence by scanning
the ENTER/EXIT Programming
Mode bar code.
