Preparation:
Detergent and Softener Usage: The detergent drawer has three compartments: (1) for prewash, (2) for main wash, and (3) for softener (with a siphon piece). Add detergent and softener before starting. Do not open the dispenser during a cycle. For programs without prewash, do not use compartment (1). For programs with prewash, do not use liquid detergent in compartment (1). If using detergent bags or balls, place them directly in the drum. If using liquid detergent, place the liquid detergent container in compartment (2). Use detergents specific to machine washing and avoid soap powder. Choose detergent type based on fabric, color, and program. Use special detergents for delicate clothes and wool. Liquid detergent is recommended for dark clothes and quilts. Adjust detergent amount based on laundry amount, soiling, and water hardness. Do not exceed recommended dosages. Dilute thick softener with water before adding.
Program Selection: Select programs using the Programme Selection Knob. The display shows the program duration, which adjusts automatically based on load, foaming, unbalance, power supply, water pressure, and settings. For Cottons and Cotton Eco programs, the initial display shows half-load duration, adjusting after 20-25 minutes if the actual load is higher.

Regular cleaning extends product life and reduces problems.
Cleaning the Detergent Drawer: Clean regularly (every 4-5 cycles) to prevent powder accumulation. Remove the siphon by lifting its rear part. If water and softener mixture accumulates, clean the siphon. Press the dotted point on the siphon and pull out the compartment. Wash the drawer and siphon with lukewarm water. Use gloves and a brush. Reinsert the drawer properly.
Cleaning the Loading Door and Drum: After each wash, ensure no foreign substances are left in the drum. If holes in the rubber bellow are blocked, open them with a toothpick. Metal objects cause rust stains; clean with stainless steel cleaning agents. Never use steel wool or abrasive products. For models with a drum cleaning program, refer to the "Operating the product - Programmes" section. Repeat drum cleaning every 2 months. Use an anti-limescale suitable for washing machines.
Cleaning the Body and Control Panel: Wipe the body with soapy water or mild gel detergents, then dry with a soft cloth. Use only a soft, damp cloth for the control panel.
Cleaning the Water Intake Filters: Filters are located at the end of each water intake valve at the rear and at the end of each water intake hose where they connect to the tap. These prevent foreign substances from entering. Clean them when dirty. Close taps. Remove nuts of water intake hoses. Clean filters with a brush. If very dirty, remove with pliers. Take out filters from flat ends of hoses with gaskets and clean under running water. Replace seals and filters, then tighten nuts by hand.
Draining Remaining Water and Cleaning the Pump Filter: The filter system prevents solid objects (buttons, coins, fibers) from clogging the pump impeller. Clean the filter when clogged or every 3 months. Drain water before cleaning the filter or moving the machine, or if water may freeze.
