Brine Pump Replacement
Refer to Appendix E – Brine Peristaltic Pump Maintenance Guide for assistance on replacing the
peristaltic pump and/or work tubing within the pump.
Rupture Disk Maintenance
The rupture disk is designed to prevent excessive pressure to be built up inside of the cell. If the cell
pressure exceeds 25 psi then a diaphragm inside of the rupture disk union bursts. The liquid that was in
the cell is discharged to drain in this event, and a “HIGH CURRENT” fault will display.
