Description of limited liability warranty
1.Warranty is provided for the abnormal or damaged parts of this product due to defects caused by the manufacturing
process; In the following cases, if the parts are abnormal or damaged, after inspection and judgment by the brand
owner, the good product will be repaired or replaced, and any other parts abnormalities or damage will not be covered
by the warranty:
▪Use the product normally in accordance with the product instruction manual, and there is no improper use,
excessive use or other unreasonable use (e.g. using this product for product testing).
▪Damage not caused by natural disasters (e.g. lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, floods, snow disasters, hurricanes,
insect infestations, animal attacks, etc.).
▪The product has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired. Parts and components have not been disassembled
or replaced.
▪The product tamper evident sticker has not been removed or damaged.
2.During the warranty period, the maximum shared liability of the brand owner is limited to the value of the product in
the current market (the current salvage value of the product, excluding freight, handling and other charges). The brand
owner shall not be liable for other losses caused by the use of this product.
3. During the warranty period, the brand owner has the obligation to repair or replace the defective product. However,
in any case, the brand owner shall not be liable for any loss caused by the sale, purchase or use of this product
(including but not limited to data damage, loss of business, loss of profits, loss incidental or indirect from the use of
this product, whether foreseeable or not, the brand owner has been notified in advance of the possibility of such
damages, the user still violates the warranty clause, the improper use of the contract, and the loss caused by the user's
own negligence).
4.The terms of the warranty only apply to the original buyer who purchased the product through the brand owner's
authorized dealer or agent, and this warranty cannot be applied to customers who purchase second-hand goods.
5.In order to protect your rights and interests, please keep and provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), which
must clearly indicate the date of purchase to determine the warranty period.
