Light
is not lit without air and mist?
Cause analysis:
1. The power line plug is not connected;
2. The power line is damaged;
3.If the current set humidity is lower than the ambient humidity, the
humidifier does not mist;
4. If the humidity has reached the set value, the humidifier does not mist.
Handling method:
1. Check the power plug and connect it;
2. Adjust the humidity to a higher value until mist on.
3. Contact the seller by support@proaller.net
The power indicator light is lit without air and with air or
no air is blown out of the air outlet?
Cause analysis:
1. No water in the water tank;
2. Atomizer is damaged or fan is damaged;
Handling method:
1. Add water to the water tank
2. Contact the seller by support@proaller.net.
