WARNINGS
1. Close supervision is necessary when the unit is operated near children. Do not allow
children to use this unit.
2. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to
persons.
3. Do not use the unit for other than its intended use.
4. To avoid injury, never put hands or sharp objects on the blade or touch the blade when
the operating, maintaining or cleaning the unit.
5. Do not use fruits with hard seeds as it may damage the blades.
6. After slicing some vegetables and fruits, staining of the unit and blades may occur. It is
normal and will not eect the performance of the unit.
7. Never feed fruit or vegetable by hand. Always use crank handle.
8. Do not use ngers to scrape food away from the stainless steel blade. Cut type injury
may result.
9. Prior to using the device, always check to ensure that all parts are properly assembled.
10. This product is not a toy and should not be used by children or stored accessible to
them.Do not clean the unit with any abrasive cleaning agents and/ or steel wool.
11. This product is intended for household use only.
12. In case of malfunction and/or damage do not attempt any repair by yourself and ensure
that the product is properly disposed in accordance with local laws.
13. Please wash thoroughly before rst use.
14. Although the product has been checked its usage and consequences are strictly user
responsibility.
1. Parts
The Delimano Brava Drum Grater contains the following parts:

1. main unit
2. lock/ release lever – locks/
releases suction for bottom
of the unit
3. handle – rotates the blade
4. feeder – holds food to be cut
5. dispenser – releases cut
up food
6. pusher – helps to push food
down the feeder and towards
the blade
7. grating blade (shown inside unit) –
perfect for salads
8. slicing blade – perfect for large slices
9. Shredding Blade -
for ne shredding
10. Base with suction
cup - secures the unit
to the surface
2. Assembly
FULL UNIT ASSEMBLY
Note: Your unit may come fully assembled. Use the Assembly instructions to take the Brava Drum Grater apart for cleaning.

Insert the Dispenser into the base. Slide it all the way in until it clicks (see PICTURES: Dia. A).

Select a blade and insert it into the Dispenser. Push it all the way in until the end goes through the opening (see PICTURES: Dia. B).

Attach the Handle by aligning the square of the blade and square of the handle. Push handle into the blade until it clicks (see PICTURES: Dia. C).

Place the Pusher inside the Feeder (PICTURES: Dia. C)

To change the blade unlock the handle (see PICTURES: Dia. D). While pressing and holding on the unlock button, pull on the handle to remove it from blade assembly.
IMPORTANT: Always be extra careful when handling the blades. Blades are very sharp. Grab them up by the plastic frame.
UNIT DISASSEMBLY

Unlock the handle (see PICTURES: Dia D+E). While pressing and holding on the unlock button, pull on the handle to remove it from blade assembly.

Next, remove the blade, set aside (see PICTURES: Dia. F).

To remove the Dispenser from the base, slide down the release button with one hand and pull the Dispenser out (see PICTURES: Pic. G). NOTE: Make

sure the handle is remowed before pulling the dispenser out.
3. USAGE
BEFORE FIRST USE
PACKAGE CONTENTS: Main Unit, Slicing Blade, Shredding Blade and Grating Blade.
Unpack the unit and all parts and remove all packaging materials. Before using the unit for the rst time, wipe the surface of the main unit with damp cloth. Rinse all parts
in warm soapy water prior to use. Dry all parts thoroughly. Refer to a full cleaning instructions in CLEANING section, if needed.
