• When the expansion module shown in Figure 17. Expansion module detail ME412/ME424/ME484 is used with ME4 Series
controller modules for adding storage, its middle HD mini-SAS expansion port (“B”) is disabled by the rmware.
• The Ethernet port on the expansion module is not used in controller/expansion enclosure congurations, and is disabled.
