Check if it's a managed device. If it is, contact the administrator to reset the password via Google Admin Console. If not, sign in as a guest or use another PC. Go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/ in a browser. Select 'I do not know my password,' and enter the email used to sign in to Google. Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
